About Bihar Institute of Law- The Law Society of Bihar founded the “Bihar Institute of Law” (BIL) in January 1984. The “Law Society of Bihar” has a registration number and is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. 440 of the Government of 1983-1984. of Bihar, founded by prominent and senior members of the Patna High Court Bar to provide the state of Bihar with high-quality legal education. In 1984, the Bihar Institute of Law began very modestly on the Miller School campus in Patna.
