NCWEB Admission 2025-26: Admissions for NCWEB will start in June 2025. The last date to apply for PG CSAS was 6th June, 2025. NCWEB was formed for women students who reside in the National Capital Territory of Delhi. Those who cannot attend regular classes due to any circumstances. It was established by Delhi University. For Postgraduate courses, you require CUET PG scores for admission, and for undergraduate courses, NCWEB admissions are done based on a cut-off list made on the basis of class 12th marks. Students have to attend the classes and have to appear in the University exam in May if the annual mode, and also in December if semester-wise. NCWEB students are not allowed to take admission in any other course. The fees for different programs for the first semester are around INR 7,000/-*.
What is NCWEB?
NCWEB stands for Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board, established in 1943 with the motive that women students could give examinations with special coaching from the university without attending regular classes. The condition is that women residing in the National Capital Territory of Delhi can only enroll themselves in the Board. There are more than 24,000 enrolled in NCWEB currently. The special classes are held at various colleges of Delhi for UG programs, but for postgraduate courses, these classes are held at the Tutorial Building, Arts Faculty, University of Delhi, North Campus. There are only 50 teaching days in a year, and these classes are conducted on weekends and academic breaks at Delhi University. Candidates can also visit the page of the School of Open Learning, University of Delhi (DU SOL).
NCWEB Admission 2025 Eligibility Criteria
- For Undergraduate Programs: A candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board. Admission is merit-based on the marks obtained in the core 3 subjects and one language subject in class 12th. Cut-off-based admission is done. No entrance test marks are required for UG admissions.
- For Postgraduate Programs: A candidate should have done a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university. You are also required to give the CUET PG exam. Admission is done based on the scores of the entrance examination.
NCWEB UG Admission 2025-26
NCWEB has BA and B.Com. program in various disciplines such as History, Political Science, etc. Admission to these programmes is solely merit-based on your class 10+2 marks. If you clear your cut-off, you are eligible to pursue the Ug program. It does not require you to give the CUET UG for admission. You can register through the NCWEB Online portal to take admission in the NCWEB UG programs. A merit list is formed on the basis of your marks, and if your name appears on the list, you can follow the admission process. There are around 15,000* seats available in both programs. The duration of the BA program is 3 years, and that of the B.Com program is 3 years. There are a total of 26 teaching centres for the UG program across Delhi University. Fee ranges from INR 7000*/- for UG programs.
NCWEB PG Admission 2025
Various courses offered at NCWEB are MA in English, Hindi, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Bengali, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic, and Persian. It also offers an MSc in Mathematics. The minimum requirement is that the candidate should have completed a Bachelor’s degree, and admission is done through CUET PG scores. The total fee that needs to be paid by students in the first semester for all the programs is INR 7130/-. Classes for Postgraduate programs for NCWEB are held at the Tutorial Building, North Campus. Exams of NCWEB are conducted with the regular class students. Registration for PG courses in NCWEB is done through PG Registration for the University of Delhi (CSAS).

The Enrollment fees for Graduates from Delhi University are INR 50/-, and from other universities is INR 150/-. Along with the admission fees, at the beginning of the 2nd and 4th semesters, students have to pay INR 840/-. This fee is divided as INR 600/- for Examination fee for 4 papers, Exam form fee INR 10/-, Special exam fee INR 30/-, Marks statement fee INR 100/-, and additional exam fee INR 100/-. Fees for the Undergraduate program are around INR 7,000/-*.
NCWEB Cut-off List 2025-26
NCWEB Admission in Undergraduate courses is done based on Cut-off scores announced by the University of Delhi for different colleges. After you register for NCWEB, a cut-off list is prepared on the basis of class 12th marks in 3 core subjects and one language program. The cut-off list is prepared and occurs in many rounds. There is a different cut-off for reserved categories such as SC/ST, OBC, and EWS. For postgraduate courses, the cut-off list is determined based on the postgraduate bulletin of the Information and Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS). You can check the cut-off list on ncweb. DU.AC.in website. The cut-off list will most probably be released around August 2025.
NCWEB Registration 2025
For registration, follow the steps under. Before registering, keep in mind some points such as using an active email ID, and the name should be the same as the 12th class Board’s marksheet.
- STEP 1: Enter your name, email ID, mobile number, and create a password. Fill in the Captcha code and click submit.
- STEP 2: You’ll receive an OTP on your email address to verify your email address.
- STEP 3: Now visit ncwebadmission.uod.ac.in with the registered email address and Password created.
- STEP 4: Submit the personal details such as Name, community, etc., and family details. Also, submit your Bank details for refund purposes if admission is cancelled.
- STEP 5: Now you have to submit your board of education, marks obtained in both the theory and practical components. Enter 0 if the marks are not applicable in any component.
- STEP 6: Enter more academic details and select languages if you’ve studied any; if not, select NO. Click on Submit.
- STEP 7: Submit required documents in scanned format. Make sure the required document is in the required size and format.
- STEP 8: Submit the registration fee @ INR 150/- by clicking on the tick box.
NCWEB Admission Procedure 2025-26

- STEP 2: Check the eligibility criteria for the program you are applying for, according to the Delhi University Bulletin Information.
- STEP 3: Apply online through the PG CSAS portal on the Delhi University portal for PG courses and make sure you choose NCWEB.
- STEP 4: Submit the scanned copies of all the required documents.
- STEP 5: Complete the Payment before the last date that is shown on the screen through UPI/ debit or credit card, and make sure you keep the acknowledgement slip.
- STEP 6: After document verification, an admission list will be uploaded on the university website.
